According to Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code") all products on sale in the Galior sale are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee.

Guaranteeing replacement of the product even beyond 24 months according to current regulations.
On the basis of the 24-month legal guarantee, Galior is liable towards the consumer (the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out) for lack of conformity not detectable at the time of purchase.
The lack of conformity exists when the product is not suitable for the use for which it must usually serve, does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the seller, does not offer the usual qualities and performance of a good of the same type, does not it is suitable for the particular use desired by the consumer if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller (art. 129 of the Consumer Code).
The lack of conformity that occurs within 24 months from the date of purchase of the goods must be reported within 2 months from the date of discovery of the defect.
Unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that the lack of conformity which occurs within 6 months of delivery of the goods already existed on that date. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement (Article 130 of the Consumer Code).
The consumer can ask, at his choice, the seller to repair the goods or to replace them, free of charge in both cases, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. Repairs or replacements must be carried out within a reasonable period of the Consumer's request; the average delivery time to the consumer is 24 days.
If within the maximum period of 60 days Galior is unable to return the repaired product, the consumer may request one of the alternative remedies (replacement, termination of the contract, price reduction).
Galior will send the product for any repairs to the Technical Assistance Center authorized by the Manufacturer.
Times and methods of exercising the Legal Guarantee for online purchases The Customer can report the defect of the purchased product:
by sending a written communication via the "Contact Us" section or by calling the toll-free number +39 379 1036992, indicating the defect in the product.
Wait for the Return Authorization Number (NAR) identifying the file, which will be communicated by Galior, and prepare the product for shipment by packing it carefully and enclosing all accessories, the instruction manual and everything originally contained in the product packaging and indicating the Return Authorization Number (NAR) on the packaging.
The carrier will contact the Customer to agree on the collection of the product (the unavailability by telephone of the Customer will delay the collection of the product). Galior will send the product for any repairs to the Technical Assistance Center authorized by the manufacturer itself (TAC).
What happens if the CAT does not find the lack of conformity? If the lack of conformity is not found, Galior will communicate the TAC estimate to the Customer, who can decide whether or not to carry out the repair at his own expense. In this case, any costs of transport and diagnosis of the defect requested by the CAT remain the responsibility of the Customer
