Office 2019 Professional Plus RETAIL - the solution for ambitious users

By choosing the Professional Plus edition, users who use the full range of Microsoft Office at home or in the office can't go wrong. In fact, this package contains all the important programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher and Access. In addition, OneNote is now available for download at the Windows store, to quickly take notes and send them to all devices through the cloud. Thanks to the wide range of different programs, the Professional Plus edition is aimed primarily at those who work from home or in a small office and are looking for efficient and reliable solutions for managing documents, tables and more.

Word 2019 is the most powerful tool for document creation. From everyday paperwork to official business documents, Word's capabilities apply to any type of text. Also new in this edition is the improved recognition of virtual ink: thus handwriting with a pen is instantly and better transformed into typographic characters on the display. Speech input has also been optimized. Microsoft has also made numerous specific improvements: SVG graphics, for example, allow the integration of even complex image files, without requiring greater memory usage. As for image processing, scaling and other size editing has also been improved.

For businesses, Access 2019 offers a powerful solution to create and manage databases of all types. The new version supports the creation of database applications, which work directly within the browser and are therefore particularly light. Finally, the stored data arrives, for example, in SQL databases, which offer secure access. Publisher 2019, for its part, improves the possibilities for publishing graphics of all kinds: for presentations, advertisements, flyers, magazines and much more. In addition, Microsoft has once again significantly improved both programs in the Office 2019 Professional Plus package: in Publisher, for example, it has extended the pen recognition and, in Access, it has made the coordination of databases between colleagues faster.

For working with tables, Excel 2019 offers the best features. From financial tables and product databases to collecting information for tax returns and more: this version of Excel offers a once again improved program for creating and managing tables of all kinds. In addition, new graphics for visual information have been added and more predefined math functions have been integrated. Excellent compatibility with CSV files remained. Similarly, PowerPoint 2019 now offers not only the ability to link Ultra HD images directly into presentations, but also to freely resize graphics and zoom images. There is therefore a better chance of not having to process the images outside the program.

Outlook 2019 offers access to all saved contacts and email addresses. Especially in offices, together with an exchange server, this offers a good possibility of always having up-to-date information on customers and partners. Furthermore, the application supports the creation of multiple e-mail accounts: this is particularly useful for users who have several accounts. On all programs, Office 2019 Professional Plus offers the proven interface, which has been integrated into every application for more than ten years now. The workflow therefore extends across every application and looks the same everywhere: in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Microsoft has limited the use of Office 2019 Professional Plus to Windows 10. This means that none of the programs contained in this package are compatible with an older version of Windows. Furthermore, this collection of programs is linked to a license that belongs entirely to the purchaser: in fact, after the purchase, it is possible to use the programs for an unlimited period, without having to make further subscriptions. For all editions of Office 2019, Microsoft guarantees a minimum five-year support period on all device types.
